Final update on the building and setting up of my business. Well this is the final week of the never-ending project of getting the inside and outside of 103 Croft Avenue Gold Bar ready for opening. YEAH!!!
The food trailer for Hot Diggity Dog will be arriving within the next two to three weeks. Pixie’s Embroidery and Makers Workshop is just about ready to go, the final week of fixing things up and getting things ready is this week. Next week on November 19, I will have three sessions of Embroidery Machine instructions I can accommodate three people at a time since I have three embroidery machines and will have one free class from 10:00 Am to 12:00 PM second group of three people at 20:0 PM to 4:00 PM and the third group of three people at 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. In the instruction session I will explain the machines how to use them and each group will get tea towels to work on and take home. I will explain all the machines and all the classes I have to offer and will make each first class for the machines a free session with materials to work with. After the first free sessions individuals may bring in their own items to work on or purchase supplies from me with advanced notice (so I can get the items to sell). I will have memberships offerings to those who wish to come and take further lesions or work on their own projects during opening days. Or for those without a membership there will be a small cost for two hours of time on the machines and equipment on days I am open.
My business hours will be Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 10 AM to 7 PM at this point, in the future as things progress I will modify those hours or days as needed for individuals who need or want to come in later or earlier to work on things. I will also let people know if and when I will not be open to take care of appointments I may have for Doctors etc. so no one is surprised. I will make this note on my website Pixiesembroideryforthesoul.com, Facebook, and Next Neighborhood site and if I remember to post it on my sign outside.

Information for Our Online & In Person Customers
We provide custom digital laser heat transfers on items such as t-shirts, 100% polyester garments, HiVs garments. We embroider on all garments made from cotton, blends, and some chest logos on t-shirts. Stretchy or very thin garments we will not embroider on since the amount of stretch on the thin material cause the embroidery to pucker and pull those garments are better with heat transfers which do not push, pull, or pucker.
Customer provided garments will not be replaced due to malfunction or errors by machinery or printing and the ability to repurchase them at wholesale pricing. We strive to make your item perfect and will replace garments not up to standards when customers return unacceptable garments based on each piece returned. We will not replace the complete order if the unacceptable garments are not returned to our company.

Our satisfaction is your complete approval of each product we produce. We will redo, or replace items that are not 100% to your approval if possible. (We limit the replacement of items to items purchased from our catalogs, but do not replace items that customers bring in themselves.)
We provide color charts for thread colors, catalog for purchasing of clothing and we give our professional opinions on items we feel cannot be embroidered, Limited Quilting Services, or digital heat transferred and provide an alternative if possible.
Embroidery for the soul will no longer be working on hats for customers. Due to the difficulty with 2 inch height restrictions and how low to the brim people are asking for it is not available any longer. I will not make exceptions to this. So please do not call for embroidery on hats.
